Rare: Raymond Carver Reads “What We Talk About When We Talk About Love.”

This is a small miracle. The only known recording of Raymond Carver reading his staggering, famous work WHAT WE TALK ABOUT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT LOVE. It was recorded in Palo Alto in 1983 for the program “Tell Me a Story.” Carver was a colossus in the literary world and his crown jewel short story demonstrates his beguiling craft.
